Salmon!

We eat this about once a week for dinner. Parchment paper on the pan is key for easy cleanup. Mix your favorite spices (I used paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder) with brown sugar (about 1 tablespoon per pound) and salt and pepper. Press onto the fish, bake at 425. I like to buy one whole piece instead of filets. We do one pound for the two of us and it cooks for 30 minutes. If you do two pounds, cook about 40 minutes. #itsnotcomplicated

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
