Total time: 45 Min

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ginger sesame salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes

  • 1 cup asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • Rice, for serving (use my baked rice recipe)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic. Toss 1/2 of mixture with broccoli. Place on prepared sheet pan and bake 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, toss steak, asparagus, and beans with remaining 1/2 of mixture. Remove broccoli from oven, add beef and veggies. Spread evenly onto pan. Return to oven and bake an additional 10-12 minutes, until beef is desired doneness. Turn the broiler on for 1-2 minutes, until beef is nicely browned. Serve with rice, if desired.
